Last fall, the littlest members of this family came to one of my portrait parties.  I got to meet brand new baby Savannah and her adorable toddling brother Eli.  Mom looked amazing too, by the way!  We captured some awesome images of the kids, including these 2 favorites of mine:

We even created custom birth announcements to show off Miss Savannah to the world!

So when Mom called recently and asked if we could do a combination family session/6 month session/2 year session, I was excited!  So much to capture!!!  Turns out, we had to try VERY hard to get together.  I believe we rescheduled 3 different times due to the crazy spring ‘rainy season’ here in TN!  I have to give a shout out to Dad for his willingness to participate.  He came straight from the airport (a 3 day business trip), changed in the car, and bounded out with a smile on his face, ready to go!  Very impressive!

What a beautiful young family!!

I am always so surprised to see how much growing takes place between a newborn and 6 month session.  I mean, I don’t look any different than I did 6 months ago…but this little girl?  Wow!!  She’s grown a lot (and learned a lot too!)

It was no small task to capture the 3 children together.  Ellie was doing her best to wrangle the little ones, with Mom and Dad running interference if anyone strayed…I’m only sharing the funny one here, as the post is getting long…and this one makes me smile every time I look at it!
