Do you remember this sweet little face with her Mommy?
That’s my dear friend, Kristi, and her baby girl Lucy Lane. Through Kristi I got to know her sister, Kelly. Kelly single handedly came up with this amazing idea…a non profit that pairs regular, ordinary people with needs in our local community (and abroad as well.) An elderly low income person needs their home rebuilt? Kelly assembles a team of local providers to do that. A single, pregnant mom in the women’s shelter needs a home, furnishings, a car, a job and driving lessons? Kelly’s your girl…she phones/calls/texts friends and associates around town and makes it happen! Ordinary hero has become a strong presence in the community in such a short time. That’s what happens when you put driven, determined, passionate women behind a cause!
I was thrilled when Kelly contacted me and asked me to help launch the new product line, shopping cart and new look for www.ordinaryhero.org. She brought some nice looking folks over and we had a great session showcasing the new apparel line. She had this cool idea for her website banner and it looks fantastic now that it is complete! Here is my contribution to her new home page:

And I have to share my sweet little man’s participation in this photo shoot. He was so excited to get to wear a tshirt (and keep it, thanks, Kel!) that he really performed as well as he could. Since I have mommy bragging rights, I’m going to share a few…
And did I mention that Kelly is gorgeous? And a wife and mom to 6? She’s inspiring! We grabbed some quick headshots for her as well…
I love being able to give back through my business. To use my talents to help others, especially those who are helping in such a big way…there is no greater joy for me.
