There is nothing sweeter than watching a family love on their itty bitty tiny new baby. Love is blossoming, siblings are proud, excited and tender, and babies are simply fresh, new and beautiful. June brought a few babies to khp!
Olivia is welcomed by her parents and is already the center of their universe. 3 weeks old at the time of her session, she was polite and allowed me to pose her a little along with some darling images with her Mommy and Daddy. As a boy mom, I really enjoyed the snuggles this little girl shared with me!
William’s arrival was fast and exciting, as his family received word of his birth and quickly headed out of state to welcome him to their family. Wyatt adores his baby brother and Mommy and Daddy couldn’t be more proud of the sweet relationship that is developing. At 5 weeks old, Wyatt was so alert and content to hang with us while we played and captured this new family of four. Adoption is the coolest thing! One day a family of 3 longing for a baby and next thing you know? They have met their son. It gives me all the feels, I tell ya.
While most photographers suggest a newborn session within the first 2 weeks, life doesn’t always work out that way. You know what? That’s completely cool with me. I promise we will capture your baby in a way that is unique to you and your family and even at one to 2 months old, even a 10 pound baby looks tiny years later. So, don’t think you’ve missed your window of opportunity if life gets crazy and you realize you have a month old baby and no professional pictures. It isn’t too late!
