I’ve closed the books on 2010.  What a fun year.  I’m so thankful for all of the amazing clients, repeats, referrals and brand new folks, alike.  Honestly, each one of you becomes a friend when we spend time together at your session.  I look back at the images fondly and hope that they still stir your heart when you look at them.

The 12 days of Christmas was a blast.  I know the 12 of you that earned free khp custom products are happy with your gifts.  But I wanted to do something bigger and showcase some of the images that I still think about long after the sessions are over.  So, I am excited to introduce you to (said in Oprah’s yelling voice):

Ok, it’s probably more accurate to say favorite images of 2010, but that is less fun.  Either way, here are the contest rules:

Voting will take place on my facebook fan page.  Head on over there by clicking this link and become a fan by “liking” karenhalbert photography.  That will give you the ability to comment on pictures in the Contest Album.

To vote for your favorite, go to the Contest Album and find your favorite image.  Click on “like”.  You may only vote for 1 image, so choose wisely.  Then tell your friends and family to do the same.  If you “like” more than one image, your vote will not count for either image.

Voting will begin today and will close promptly at 8:00pm on February 24.  I’ll tally the votes and the top 3 will be named the winners on February 25.

What are the prizes, you ask?

First place:  16 x 20 gallery wrapped canvas of the contest image.

2nd place: 11×14 fine art print of the contest image.

3rd place: 8×10 fine art print of the contest image.
